A Better Call, Inc. is a successful, respected, business to business telemarketing company located in Stoneham, MA. Since 1995, we have helped businesses in the high-tech and professional service industries achieve their sales and marketing goals through appointment setting. Our primary function is setting face to face meetings for our varied clients. We are looking for hard working, enthusiastic, motivated, part time, business to business appointment setters. This is a contract/telecommute position. This position is 100% phone work. Our ideal candidate will have the ability to think on their feet and have a proven track record of generating qualified face to face meetings. He/She will have a strong business background with experience presenting intangibles and tangibles to senior executives. You must be a highly motivated, reliable, self-starter who takes ownership of a project and is persistent and effective when faced with a challenge. Basic computer skills are required. Experience with ACT contact software is a plus.

To qualify for this position you MUST HAVE:

Strong work ethic and motivation to be successful.
Exceptional phone and personal communication skills.
Minimum 2 years successful experience in business to business appointment setting, business development or inside sales all with an emphasis on cold calling.
A proven track record of meeting and exceeding set goals.
Excellent time management skills.
Organizational skills to manage large prospect databases using ACT software.
Ability to maintain databases with complete profiles on all prospects.
Desire to work in a team environment and a cooperative attitude.
A home office, a computer with high speed internet access, printer, fax or scanner and a land line
