We are looking for associate editors to review, edit, and keep up-to-date our catalogue of 50,000+ stations and 1.2 million shows, which are distributed to millions of users across 150 products (web, mobile, home devices and even auto in-dash receivers).
International Editors will focus on our offering of content in a particular non-US country or region. These are part-time roles with flexible schedules. When you apply, describe your connection to any particular countries or regions.
Requirements
- Fluent in both English and local regional language(s)
- Current resident of the covered region/country for at least 5 years
- Heavy consumer of audio content—particularly radio (music, sports, news or talk/opinion)
- Strong understanding of the local regional media landscape
- Able to telecommute
- Proficiency with the web and/or mobile devices
- Quick learner, able to pick up new technologies and platforms with ease
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Pluses
- A graduate or current student of an accredited university
- Prior experience working for a technology company
- Background in radio or broadcast media
