The Faculty Development and Quality Specialist is a key organizational role and is directly responsible for creating a positive faculty experience by facilitating and tracking delivery of consistent high quality student instruction and mentoring. Acting as organizational development liaison and advisor to Walden faculty, the person in this role facilitates planning, development, implementation, and administration of faculty engagement and development programs for Walden faculty. The Faculty Development and Quality Specialist is responsible for development and integration of faculty development programs and associated projects to achieve strategic business goals and operational objectives.
Must have:
Intermediate to advanced skills/knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite with special emphasis on Excel and Access.
Proficiency in Excel formula manipulation and creation and ability to work in and extract data from MS Office software a major plus.
Workflow/Process Mapping, MS Project and/or Visio experience a major plus.
Effective Internet and email communication.
